Family Flags is the public name of this shop, operated by [LEGAL NAME — TBD] (“we,” “us,” “our”). We make custom mosaic art from the colors of national flags and print it on canvas, poster, or mug. By using the website and purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Orders

Each mosaic is generated from the countries and names you choose. Products are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Shipping times vary by location and product — see our Shipping page. For gift orders, you are responsible for the recipient’s shipping details you provide.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Shopify’s hosted checkout. Prices are listed in USD. You will be charged at the time of purchase. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because each product is custom-printed to your design, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or ordering mistakes. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The mosaic compositions you create are yours to share, display, and use freely for personal purposes. The Family Flags brand, website design, and the underlying generative algorithm remain our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the algorithm, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law
